  The new residence planning concept of Quadrangle and Interior Atrium is purposed to formulate an architectural theory and practice focused on humanitarianism and West-meets-East for Chinese immigrant family. It is to re-enforce cultural and neighborhood identity of Chinese culture of living in the context of mixed residential community. Environment friendly design also considers energy saving by max use of solar energy and waste water recirculation system method and extensive landscaping design.
